Although every care is taken to ensure that no damage comes to our clients' property, unforeseen accidents occasionally occur. For the protection of all parties involved, FOCUS Janitorial Services Inc. is sufficiently insured to cover the incidence of accidental damage or negligence from our employees. The following summarizes the most important aspects of our policy. A detailed list is available for you upon request.

Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) WSIB insurance covers all our employees performing work at each location.
Do you maintain Daily log book?
Yes.
The logbook is to be utilized as an effective tool for two-way communication between you, our client and our custodial staff.
The format for the logbook is similar to a daily diary, which will help to serve as a daily record of any entry related to our service. You the client will enter your comments regarding our service and list any area requiring special attention, which we may inadvertently overlooked. Our staff will acknowledge the comment and take appropriate action to rectify any deficiency.
The book is also used to handle any specific requests you may have. In addition our staff to inform you of any building deficiencies will use it
A schedule of periodic services can also be entered in the book to ensure that the work is completed within the scheduled period with a minimum of inconvenience.
