At FOCUS Janitorial Services Inc. we understand the importance of formal quality control procedures in maintaining a first class service. We have quality control systems that help ensure employees competence, equipment reliability and suitability of supplies and chemicals for the particular job.
The following quality reviews are initiated to ensure a high standard of service.
A) FOCUS Janitorial Services Inc. supervisors will conduct regular written inspection reports for all services provided.
B) The inspection reports are combined into periodic quality control monitoring reports
C) A regular frequency of formal inspections, with and without building management, will be instituted and recorded on our enclosed forms
Random building inspections are performed to ensure satisfactory levels of quality. These inspections will be routine but on a random basis to ensure that an effective and objective assessment is carried out.
SUPERVISION
In order to ensure your location is maintained in a condition consistent with your requirements, we propose the following supervisory structure;
Level 1.
Present with our cleaning staff at all times will be a working supervisor or a working foreperson to directly supervise the cleaning and to report to the customer and his/her supervisor any cleaning or maintenance problems noted during the cleaning routine.
Level 2.
To visit the location on a regular basis by our Area Manager. This person will liaise with the designated person of your firm to ensure you are completely satisfied with our service. Our area manager will also be responsible for having back up personnel available in case of sickness or emergency.
Level 3.
Our Corporate Supervision is responsible for the overall management of the janitorial services for your premises and will contact the designated person of your company to further monitor our service
Level 4.
The Account Representative will be responsible for the administration of the contract and will also be available to you should any questions arise.
